Just a friendly reminder that there is a little less than four weeks left to submit your bareroot pre-orders. We will not have excess material for sale. If you’re interested in placing a bareroot pre-order, please reach out to us via email or go through the checkout process and we will get you pricing on the items you have requested. Thanks to everyone who has placed their pre-orders already. We will be reaching out to you when orders are ready to be picked up. If you have any questions, please reach out to us and we will try to help in any way possible.

We hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Year’s. Spring is fast approaching (even if the weather doesn’t seem like it). We will continue taking spring pre-orders until the following deadlines. Bareroot Deadline 3/1/2026. Container products Deadline 4/1/2026.

You can submit an online quote request by going through the online catalog and adding items to your cart or you can send us an email with what you’re looking for. Once you check-out, we will get an email with the items you requested and provide you with an informal quote. That will have a few different size options for you to choose from. Once you have decided on sizes, we will then send you a formal quote for approval.

By those dates, most inventory will be depleted significantly, so the sooner you order the better. We don’t typically hold more than a handful of inventory on hand, so if you are looking for large quantities or a wide arrangement of smaller quantities we would suggest going the pre-order rout. As we enter into fall, we here at Green Valley Nursery are planning out our 2026 spring bareroot season. As we did last year, we will be offering bareroot products in the spring of 2026. This is the best opportunity for you to get large quantities of trees and shrubs at a huge discount. If you are looking at starting an orchard, an abundance of your favorite fruit, or even looking to reforest some property, we can help. Bareroot orders are open now and will continue until a few weeks before our order ships. Early orders have the most options for sizes and or actual availability. (As we learned last season, popular products sell out first.) We will be posting a live availability as soon as it becomes available to us. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions. Good day, Please let us know by 5PM on 6/30 if you are wanting to order anything for the week of 7/7. This will be the last order we place for this year.

We are planning on bringing in a handful of popular items for stock as well. Heritage Birch Clumps, Quick fire Hydrangea Trees, North Pole Arbv., Hetz Midget Arbv., Mr. Bowling Ball Arbv., Red Sunset Maples, and Taylor Junipers.

Good day everyone. Even though summer has yet to start, we are looking ahead to next years bareroot orders. This excludes all conifers. Those are only sold in container form. The deadline for the first round of allocations for the 2026 season is 7/25/2026. This will give you the best chance of getting exactly what you order without changes to size or price. There will be subsequent rounds of allocations with their own deadlines. If you miss this one, keep an eye out for future posts with those deadlines. Please reach out to us with what you are looking for and we will send you a list of sizes and pricing. This is also the best time to get any larger orders placed. We typically only stock a handful of each type of tree. If you are looking for anything over 5-10 of something, this is the best way to get that order placed. For all bareroot orders, we require a 50% deposit prior to us submitting your order. Additionally, we are only able to store bareroot trees for a limited amount of time. Once orders arrive, we will require pickup within 10 days. If the weather isn’t favorable (like this spring), we will provide additional care instructions so you can store your trees indoors until planting is feasible.
